[a] A traffic impact analysis that assesses development impacts on level of service and safety on the street network and improvements that may be warranted for mitigation of impacts. The traffic impact analysis shall be prepared by a Maine licensed professional engineer and conform with Maine Department of Transportation Rules and Regulations Pertaining to Traffic Movement Permits.
